Your new Chill Steel Pipe is easy to assemble by simply attaching the neckpiece to the base and inserting the downstem through the front of the base.
CLEANING INFO:
Cleaning the Chill Steel Pipe is simple but a little different than glass!
In general, avoid clay based cleaners as they can damage the ceramic interior. We also advise against using salt, which is too coarse and can result in surface rust stains if left on any of the exposed stainless steel.
We recommend using isopropyl alcohol without salt. A good shake and soak with these work great.
To help with any lingering smell or taste, fill the base with warm water and a tablespoon of baking soda, and let it sit for 40 minutes. Once the base has soaked in the baking soda water, rinse it out.
