Our Story

Our Founder:

Kathleen Saucerman is the founder of Normalize, a wellness uprising built to help women rise to a higher standard of wellness; beyond trauma, overprescription, and life’s most difficult transitions. Her lived experience with benzodiazepines, SSRIs, and sleep aids, what she calls the “Divorce Cocktail,” led her to confront the systems that overprescribe and underdeliver for women.

What began as a personal reckoning became a movement. After years of searching for answers and finding none within the traditional medical model, Kathleen set out to create a new path—one rooted in education, community, and the healing power of plants.

Normalize was born from that vision. It is a Marketplace and Community dedicated to helping women reconnect with their bodies and make informed choices about their health. Through curated, science-backed products and storytelling, Kathleen is redefining what wellness can look like when women are trusted to lead their own healing.

Today, she continues to advocate for greater transparency and accountability in women’s health, partnering with practitioners, educators, and lawmakers who share her belief that no woman should have to heal in isolation.

Normalize stands as both a resource and a rallying cry: it’s time to reclaim wellness, together.
