Prospective Partner NDA

Before you begin your application, please review and sign the agreement below. This is separate from the formal Brand Partner Agreement you'll receive later in onboarding.

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Normalize. Normalize is more than a marketplace — we are a collaborative platform dedicated to helping trusted brands grow through education, strategic partnerships, fundraising, media, and community. We believe the strongest partnerships are built on trust, transparency, professionalism, and mutual respect. To ensure every relationship begins with a shared understanding, all prospective partners are asked to review and agree to this Agreement prior to meeting with the Normalize team. This Agreement is designed to protect both Parties while creating an environment where ideas, relationships, and opportunities can be shared with confidence.

1. Our Commitment

Normalize is committed to representing our partners with integrity, professionalism, and respect. We value long-term relationships and work to create opportunities that benefit both our partners and our community. We ask our partners to share that same commitment by respecting confidential information, intellectual property, business relationships, and the reputation of everyone involved.

2. Confidentiality & Business Protection

During our relationship, both Parties may share confidential business information, including business strategies, pricing, marketing initiatives, operational processes, customer and vendor relationships, technology, and future business opportunities. Both Parties agree to protect this information, use it only for the purpose of the relationship, and not disclose or misuse it for personal or competitive advantage.

3. Founder Story & Brand Identity

Normalize was founded by Kathleen (Wickersty Horvath) Saucerman, whose personal journey inspired the company’s mission and continues to shape its brand. Kathleen’s personal story, educational content, presentations, interviews, writings, likeness, photographs, videos, and unpublished personal experiences are part of the Normalize brand identity. Partners may not publish, reference, reproduce, share, or otherwise use Kathleen Saucerman’s story, name, likeness, biography, or any personal information that has not been intentionally made public by Kathleen or Normalize without prior written approval. Any approval applies only to the specific use authorized and does not grant ongoing permission.

4. Strategic Representation

Normalize has invested in building relationships with respected leaders across the wellness, cannabis, media, and consumer packaged goods industries. Our strategic partners — including The Hype Magazine, Beard Bros Pharms, Beard Bros Media, and Sophia Felix — may assist in marketing, public relations, media exposure, content creation, education, brand storytelling, and strategic growth opportunities as appropriate. By partnering with Normalize, brands acknowledge that these relationships are an important part of the Normalize ecosystem and may be leveraged to support participating brands. Normalize will always strive to represent partner brands professionally and in a manner consistent with each brand’s values and objectives.

5. Professional Conduct

Both Parties agree to conduct business honestly, professionally, and in good faith. Neither Party shall knowingly make false or misleading statements about the other, publicly announce a partnership without mutual approval, or intentionally interfere with established business relationships developed through Normalize.

6. Artificial Intelligence

Confidential information shared during our relationship may not be uploaded into publicly available artificial intelligence systems or used to train artificial intelligence models without prior written consent.

7. Acknowledgement

By signing below, both Parties acknowledge that they have reviewed this Agreement, understand its purpose, and agree to conduct their relationship in accordance with these principles.
