A Wellness
Uprising.
Born from lived experience. Built for women who deserve better options.

Kathleen Saucerman
Founder & CEO
"No woman should have to heal in isolation — or wait until pharmaceutical options fail her."
Kathleen Saucerman is the founder of Normalize, a wellness uprising built to help women rise to a higher standard of wellness — beyond trauma, overprescription, and life's most difficult transitions.
Her lived experience with benzodiazepines, SSRIs, and sleep aids — what she calls the "Divorce Cocktail" — led her to confront the systems that overprescribe and underdeliver for women.
What began as a personal reckoning became a movement. After years of searching for answers within the traditional medical model, Kathleen set out to create a new path — one rooted in education, community, and the healing power of plants.
Normalize was born from that vision: a Marketplace and Community dedicated to helping women reconnect with their bodies and make informed choices about their health.
Normalize stands as both a resource and a rallying cry: it's time to reclaim wellness, together.

Our Values
Plant-First
We believe natural should be the first option, not the last resort.
Women-Centered
Built by a woman, for women — every product reflects lived experience.
Community-Driven
Healing in community, not isolation. We rise together.
Options Change Everything.
Women are diagnosed with anxiety disorders more often than men, and are nearly twice as likely to be prescribed benzodiazepines. Normalize exists to widen the conversation — offering plant-based wellness as a first option, not a last resort.
